Our projects range from strategy to tactics to organizational activities, and across varied industies including software, mobile, telecom, embedded systems and even lower tech. We provide services for both consumer and business segments. The following are a sampling of some of the consulting actvities we have provided.
Hands-on Product Management
Acting Product Manager for mobility portion of an online service. Provided day-to-day activities to support existing business customers and new releases. Managed customer-facing website and product documentation, sales and support documentation, go-to-market coordination for new releases, customer migration support, new feature prioritization, competitive analysis and roadmap planning. Maintained and published monthly service results and trends.

New Product Management Organization
Working with the CEO and CTO, introduced product management activities into a growing startup. Developed project porfolio prioritization process, product management and product marketing role definitions, and requirements templates. Provided coaching and direction to individuals assuming the new roles for new opportunity strategy, customer request triage process, and requirements training.

Competitive Assessment
Working with product management, COO and CTO, provided competitive assessment of existing consumer company web-based service and addition of a mobile client. Provided full feature comparisons to major competitors, positioning recommendations, and feature roadmap prioritization. Also proposed mobile client implementation with full set of mockups.

Product Requirements
As a member of the product management team, provided Market and Functional Requirements in Use Case form for upgrade of existing consumer service. Required upgrade across all systems, including ordering, operations, support, and billing. Developed customer migration plan from old to new service. Have also provided market requirements training to multiple organizations.
