BioControl Systems, Inc.?, a Bellevue-based industry leader in disposable food safety testing products, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Product Manager.?  Our products include rapid microbiology test kits and hygiene monitoring systems.? 

This position will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle of assigned product lines, developing and executing marketing plans for assigned product lines, achievement of performancne objectives for said products, and support of the the sales process.?  Key responsibilities include:

Create marketing strategies by gathering, organizing, and analyzing information and consequently developing and executing plans that are consistent with marketing objectives.? 
Develop and implement new product launches and product line extensions beginning with program concept inception, formulating product specifiications and preformance criteria, developing packaging and international rollout.?
Providing training to sales force and customers
Contribuitng technical expertise to sales process.?
Identify competition.?  Develop and comunicate product positions, strength and weakness  to sales force relative to competition.?
Identify and cultivate relationships with industry experts and thought leaders.?
You will also work closely with the customers, sales team, R & D, and technical services and manufacturing to develop new products and achieve revenue objectives.? 

Preferred candidiates should have a Bachelors's degree (preferably in microbiology or related field)with 3 - 5 years product management experience.?  Experience related to food safety is desired.?
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.?
