Job Description

Amazon Enterprise Integration is a highly available and scalable service that enables B2B integration between Amazon and its network of partners. We are looking for an experienced product manager to deliver this platform/service to a broad customer base. This person will define and drive the product strategy; go-to-market and customer adoption plan to help us scale this service from its infancy to becoming the leader in customer satisfaction, operational performance and market segment share.

Specific responsibilities include

• Defining the product strategy and roadmap
• Developing strategic market segmentation and geographic expansion analysis
• Customer research and analysis of business metrics to drive business decisions
• Creating and executing marketing strategies to acquire new customers
• Driving broad adoption and provide unparalleled customer focus

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years experience in managing software products/services.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or in related technical and business domains
• Experience managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
• Experience establishing the product mission, goals and supporting business metrics and indicators for an enterprise product
• Experience communicating clearly and compellingly
• Experience driving a high level of focus and excellence with a strong and talented team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in web-services or technically focused online services is a plus
• 3+ years experience in managing B2B integration products and/or services.
• MBA or Masters in a related field
• Has thrived and succeeded in delivering broadly adopted technology products/services in a high growth environment.
• Has exceptional customer experience judgment and be incredibly analytical and creative.
