Your responsibilities would include:

• Drive product roadmap definition and business initiatives that will have a significant impact on Mechanical Turk adoption and usage.
• Create proposals for new product initiatives and investment based.
• Conduct business and financial analysis, including pricing analysis, forecasting and business reporting.
• Understand customer needs based on customer interactions, research and customer usage patterns.  Understand what drives adoption, usage, satisfaction and referrals and integrate this into business plans.
• Work closely with engineering to drive product innovation and delivery.
• Work closely with the sales and business development organizations to drive growth strategies.

• 7 + years of product management experience in a technology business
• A proven track record in shaping business strategy and delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment where priorities can shift rapidly.
• Technical depth and business savvy to successfully engage and influence with all levels and disciplines within the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop sound business proposals backed by hard data and metrics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • BA/BS required; BS in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics plus MBA preferred

• Solid history of creative problem solving in product definition and delivery.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action.
