We are looking for a talented Product Manager to define and drive the enhancement of Amazon.com to better meet the needs of small and medium business customers.  You’ll work wth a dedicated engineering team as well as platform teams throughout the company to make sure that each team is driving towards this expanded market opportunity. Specifically, you will:

  • Secure cooperation from a variety of internal teams to maximize application of Amazon.com's global leverage for our business customer initiatives
  • Work closely with the development team to define their product roadmap
  • Establish & oversee the execution of a formal marketing plan for business customers
  • Leverage Amazon’s network of industry contacts to identify needs and opportunities to best serve business customers

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years in product management, business management and/or vendor management
  • Strong leader with exceptional verbal and written business skills
  • BA/BS required


Preferred Qualifications
  • Past experience with consumer products and/or e-commerce
  • Proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership and driving results; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning, task delegation and coordination across functional teams, including technical, engineering, marketing, design and merchandizing teams
  • Analytical and quantitative skillset; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and feature concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and execution strategies
  • Street smarts and willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary
  • MBA preferred
