The Movies team is looking for a talented, smart, and enthusiastic business owner to manage the 3^rd party segment of the Movies & TV business.  The Movies 3rd party business is a large, growing, and strategic category with a high-powered, fun, and exciting team.  To succeed, the candidate will set strategic direction for their portion of the business, track and analyze metrics to grow their business, increase/expand partnerships with key 3^rd party merchants, and lead projects to drive site and process improvements across the 3^rd party platform.

• Bachelor’s degree
• An accomplished “general athlete” type leader with proven background in at least 2 of the following areas: product management, strategic management consulting, financial analysis, sales/business development, technology, and P&L management
• 5+ years of work experience in high-powered and analytical environment

• Experience in consulting and/or retail/consumer products industries
• Proven analytical skills and highly comfortable with numbers
• MBA preferred
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate sophisticated projects with various technical/engineering teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation
• Broad commercial awareness developed in a fast-moving environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills
