Amazon is growing, and we need MBAs who move fast, are capable of breaking down and solving complex problems, and have a strong will to get things done. Incoming MBAs are given ownership of large, meaty areas of opportunity; the autonomy to think strategically and make decisions; and to drive significant impact to the customer experience and the business.
