The Sr. Product Manager leads the Customer Experience team dedicated to Amazon Prime and Delivery Experience across the Amazon.com retail website and mobile devices.  He or she is responsible for improving the Prime member experience, from conveying proliferating benefits to driving a Prime member branded experience. Additionally, the Customer Experience manager owns the delivery experience for other Amazon shipping programs with the goals of driving clarity across the website, making it trivial and easy for customers to choose their desired speed, and promoting new programs along with known delivery options. This role requires technical aptitude and understanding of underlying systems to influence changes in downstream technology.

The ideal candidate has a strong focus on customer interaction and user experience, can take advantage of data from various sources (market research, internal data sources, experiments, usability studies) and enjoys being a knowledgeable advocate for the customer. He or she has great abilities to influence and drive a roadmap with teams across the entire Amazon organization.

-       Bachelor Degree

-       Must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically.

-       Strong oral and written communication skills.

-       Experience problem-solving, scoping technical requirements, and prioritizing.

-       Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and feature concepts.

-       Both technically deep and business savvy enough to interface with all levels and disciplines within the organization.

-       Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

-       Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what’s necessary.

-       Strong technical background preferred
