Market Leader is seeking a seasoned Product Manager who is innovative, results-oriented, and a customer-centric team player to develop and manage the product lifecycles of Market Leader’s product offerings. This person will define and drive the product strategy and roadmap to establish Market Leader as a premier provider of hosted and mobile solutions. This is a great opportunity to work with a small and dedicated team whose vision is to be the leader real estate technology services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Define, develop and manage our product strategies and go to market plans.
• Generate prioritized, actionable insights from customer research.
• Develop a clear understanding of our competitive landscape and actions to address competitive pressures.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and bring to market via build, buy or partner approaches.
• Develop business requirement documents (BRD) and product specifications.
• Work with designers to optimize product features for enhanced user experience.
• Work with engineers to develop and deploy product features.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of proven product management experience; demonstrated successes of managing product life-cycles and bring products to market.
• Innate ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements.
• Proven ability to make smart trade-offs on time-to-market versus features and to respond to competitive threats/opportunities.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and feature concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new           ideas with technical employees.
• Excellent problem solving and issue-resolution skills, ability to work in an extremely deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask are essential.
• Experience in SaaS/hosted solutions is required.
• Experience with mobile applications preferred
• Experience in real estate industry preferred
• BA/BS required; MBA preferred
