Free Search Traffic is hiring a Sr. Product Manager of Product Search Selection Syndication to lead the team’s strategy for optimizing the world-wide product search traffic channel.  The occupant of this role will define the systems that decide which products and attributes to syndicate to the product search engines and applications, tools that annually drive hundreds of millions of dollars of revenue to Amazon.  This is a high visibility role that requires partnering with WW Retail and Finance teams to impact top-line revenue while maintaining Amazon’s competitive advantage as having the world’s most complete selection of products.

The successful candidate will be someone who relishes the challenge of defining the key metrics of a rapidly growing business channel.   The candidate will enjoy building hypotheses to drive those metrics, defining methodologies to test the hypotheses, and analyzing the impacts of the tests.   The candidate will also excel at defining systems that provide the precise inputs to drive short and long term value optimization.

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
• Experience with Data Warehouse and SQL
• 4+ years Excel experience
• 3+ years in project/product management

• MBA or Masters in Mathematics or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Independent and Entrepreneurial showing the ability to work with minimal direction
• Advanced presentation skills and the ability to guide and influence senior leadership
• High attention to detail and proven track record in taking ownership, driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced online environment.
