Redfin's mission is to change the real estate game in the consumer's favor. We are seeking a talented Product Manager to help us build the best home-buying and home-selling experience on the planet. This Product Manager will be responsible for the terabytes of data that flow from our website, customers and agents back to headquarters. You’ll ensure that Redfin has a deeper understanding of how real estate works, giving us an unfair advantage over everyone else in this $40B/yr industry.

As product manager, you will:

Connect the dots: talk to customers, flesh out what they love and hate, tell execs, go to the business and get it done.
Change the business: working cross-functionally to improve process, working elbow to elbow with execs & marketing to drive the product road map.
Freely communicate your sweet ideas: creating wireframes & specs to get feature ideas generated, agreement hammered out and said sweetness, built.
Ship killer software: Partner with engineering to ensure Redfin products are built to spec. Make tough calls to maximize quality.
