Marketplace organization drives the Selling On Amazon business and develops solutions that enable millions of sellers around the world to sell on Amazon’s Marketplaces. These solutions include the software platform and applications that enhance demand generation, enable customer acquisition, seller integration, customer relationship management, business analytics, and the inventory and order management functions necessary for sellers to manage their business online at Amazon.com.

The Marketplace Product Manager will help identify and define areas of product strategy and the product roadmap. You will create and deliver product requirements, and drive execution of specific programs and projects to completion against project plans based on the product roadmap. You will collaborate with all relevant engineering teams, category, international and retail business customers to ensure that Selling On Amazon business goals are achieved. You will help establish product roadmaps and prioritized feature lists taking into account core product architecture, new products and features, international expansion, and product performance/availability while continually refining them with direct input from other product managers, relevant Amazon groups and customers, large and small.

| Basic Qualifications |
|
3- 5+ years of product development experience in consumer-focused companies
A proven track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional, projects
Ability to correctly use written and verbal communication skills to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities
Must possess analytical and problem solving skills
Must have bias for action, and experience making things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
