We are looking for a supremely talented and creative Senior Product Manager for Amazon Warehouse Deals--a strategic global business—to drive expansions and support significant launches of new features and software. As a Senior Product Manager of Worldwide Warehouse Deals, you will help define and execute the expansion roadmap for Amazon Warehouse Deals, Amazon’s sales channel for high quality open-box merchandise. You will participate in developing the strategy, and you will build and look after roadmaps and features based on team strategy and vision. This role is inherently cross-functional—you will work closely with operations, finance, software development, and retail teams to launch Warehouse Deals in new countries and develop and grow business opportunities in existing countries and categories. Warehouse Deals is a rapidly growing business with a lot of opportunity for ownership. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team oriented, and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. He or she will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business owner for key Warehouse Deals launch initiatives including strategic business expansion and significant software and feature releases.
- Write business requirement and functional specification documents based on intimate knowledge of the product, the location, and internal dependencies within the company.
- Ensure clear communication and coordination across the business, operations, and development teams.
- Help define and influence the long-term roadmap.
- Work cross-functionally with business teams, software development engineers, operations, other product managers, and external partners to guarantee a smooth and efficient product delivery.
- Define and establish the product vision, goals, supporting business metrics, and success indicators.
- Measure and analyze existing performance for opportunities to innovate and improve to provide additional benefits to our customers.

| Basic Qualifications |
- 5+ years in product management, business management and/or vendor management
- Strong leader with exceptional verbal and written business skills
- BA/BS required
|
| Preferred Qualifications |
- Past experience with consumer products and/or e-commerce
- Proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership and driving results; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning, task delegation and coordination across functional teams, including technical, engineering, operations, business and tax and accounting teams
- Analytical and quantitative skillset; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and feature concepts
- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and execution strategies
- Street smarts and willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary
- MBA preferred
