Job Description

Amazon is looking for a Senior Product Manager to support the growth of a new program.  This individual will be responsible for product development and building a platform for the marketing and management of credit products designed to meet the needs of Amazon's seller community.

Experience:

  • Track-record of developing new products and implementing business processes that drive profitable growth.
  • Researching, analyzing and extracting insights from customer data and turning those insights into actions that are impactful to the business.
  • Creating and implementing risk strategies and models for originating credit products and mitigating credit portfolio losses.
  • Using rigorous cost/benefit analysis to develop optimal pricing strategies.
  • Developing lending portfolio benchmarks, KPIs and management reporting.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics or a related field
  • 5+ years of business experience in ecommerce and/or financial services
  • Experience with statistical analysis and modeling
Preferred Qualifications
  • Small business and/or consumer lending experience
  • Experience with launching new products and business initiatives
  • Exhibits excellent business judgment
  • Thinks strategically, but is comfortable diving deep to address tactical challenges
  • Master's degree preferred
