| The Product Manager will establish and define requirements for both new and existing products, and contribute to the overall vision and direction of the Fulcrum product portfolio. The Product Manager will build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on industry experience and contact with customers and prospects. The Product Manager will spend time with Fulcrum customers to understand their needs and challenges, and find innovative solutions for the broader market. This position requires a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality. |
| Primary Duties and Responsibilities: |
• Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. • Establish and define requirements for both new and existing products, and contribute to the overall vision and direction of the Fulcrum product portfolio. • Collaborate with numerous stakeholders (most notably customers, sales and development) in defining the product priorities within the product roadmap, which consists of a balance of new capabilities, enhancements to existing features and defect fixes. • Complete and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps based upon customer input, market analysis and competitive intelligence. • Drive a solution set through market requirements, product positioning, key benefits, target customers and product release requirements. • Provide detailed guidance to Development and QA resources, as well as functional and technical documentation to ensure the right product gets delivered with each release. • Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute. • Analyze potential partner relationships for the product. • Act as one of the technical evangelists for the product. • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to various customers and prospects. • Perform other tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis.

| Education and Experience: |
| • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering Sciences, Management Information Systems or related field preferred. |
| Knowledge, Skills, Abilitites: |
• At least 5 – 7 years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 – 3 years of experience working within the software development lifecycle. • Experience working within an Agile-based software development process. • Experience with SQL, Java and various web-based technologies. • Strong technical and analytical skills and thorough understanding of the complete software development lifecycle. • Superior time management, problem solving and written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to work with a diverse group of internal and external customers and staff. • The ability to listen well and correlate different opinions and input from a variety of sources and make informed technical decisions. • Expertise in workflow solutions and mobility technologies is a plus. • Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills. • Ability to work under pressure in a highly visible and fast-paced environment. • Experience with Microsoft Office products required. • Telecommunications industry experience a plus. |

| • Ability to work overtime and/or weekends and travel as needed for specific engagements. |
