Job Description:

The team is focused on developing a cloud service based on desktop virtualization technology. It is complex system integration effort that includes datacenter, infrastructure support, application development, integration and other components. This is an industry leading initiative at the edge of cloud computing transformation of the IT services industry.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the overall product feature roadmap and leading the engineering team. You will define the product based on the target industry analysis and ongoing dialog with pilot customers and prospects.

• Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to release planning and ongoing oversight
• Specify market requirements for current and future product by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and prospects.
• Plan and track solution development efforts with development and test
• Assist marketing and sales teams in developing the go-to-market plan and collateral
• Participate in technology assessments, strategic innovation projects and assessing partnership opportunities
• This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites (up to 25%).

REQUIREMENTS

You must possess a unique blend of business and technical skills, be able to maintain a big-picture vision, and the drive the team to convert that vision into reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand customer’s problems and finding innovative solutions. You must be able to communicate with architect, research, development, test and support teams.

• 5+ years of software product management experience
• Exposure to software as a service (SaaS) market and online services (web applications).
• Understanding of Citrix desktop virtualization technology.
• Computer Science or Engineering degree or comparable work experience
