POSITION: ERP LN Product Manager

LOCATION: Netherlands or United States

SUMMARY: We are seeking a Product Manager to support the execution of the growth strategy of Infor’s leading ERP product, Infor10 ERP Enterprise. The right candidate will have previous experience in a product management or related function (i.e. product marketing, internal sales) and a background in manufacturing or supply chain management applications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive the execution of the product strategy and roadmap
• Support sales and pre-sales with pricing and product-related information
• Coordinate the Product Release and Certification Process
• Manage all aspects of Distribution, Licensing and Pricing
• Support the planning and execution of events and influence councils such as User Groups, Special Interest Groups and Advisory Councils
• Perform market, sales analysis and competitive analysis
• Contribute to the Product Strategy and Roadmap and the overall Release Planning Process

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or engineering discipline with 5 year’s progressive experience with at least 2 years in enterprise applications product management

Required Skills:

• Ability to work independently in a highly distributed environment
• Strong execution focus with a hands on attitude – ability to multi-task and deal with shifting priorities
• Strong customer and field empathy – support sales with time critical information to help close deals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint

preferred skills & KNOWLEDGE:

• Previous experience ERP LN/Baan, Epicor, IFS, SAP or Oracle preferred
• The ideal candidate will have sufficient technical skills to take on responsibilities related to Technical Product Management tasks
