Translate business vision and strategy into messages and that create an attractive story and value proposition in the community

Responsible for the external Developer Community in our HealthCare Cloud

·     Creates and delivers the overall user and developer acquisition strategy

·     Responsible for the creation of the licensure content requirements

·     Creates the SDK requirements

·     Develops the overall community governance process

·     Seeks out and discovers market opportunities in the target communities to drive sales of products and services

·     Interfaces with current customers to ensure they are having a superior experience, listening to their concerns and translating those back to the    product owners

·     Regularly meets with community thought leaders to articulate the value of the products and services

·     Presents the overall value proposition to appropriate companies, press and analysts through face-to-face meeting, meetups, tweetups, conferences and other area events

·     Serves as a point of feedback to the organization based on community and market reaction

·     Meets regularly with prospect companies, influential bloggers, and others and acts and the overall "go to" for all things regarding the products and services

Proven ability to establish long terms customer relationships while growing and expanding contact and future sources of business

·      Understands the difference between raw sales activity and what it takes to create relationships and pull customers into the pipeline

·      Bachelors Degree in Technology or related field plus 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in complex high tech companies

·      Extensive knowledge of creative technical presentation methods- e.g., meetups, tweetups, etc…

·      Proven knowledge and experience in technology, especially within data center infrastructure and hosting

·      Prior leadership with driving all things related to a start-up is a big plus

·      Demonstrated writing, presentation and interpersonal skills is essential-  would be considered one of the best and used as an example of an   exceptional standard·

Posses a unique  blend of business and technology savvy

·      Experience with innovative and cutting edge technology products such as web 2.0/3.0 with a keen awareness and knowledge of new technology and trends

·      Solid reputation as a thought and strategy leader of a new business/product

·      Ability to explain product value to  customer so they understand how their unique needs can be meet
