Sr Product Manager - Promotional Payments
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Sr Product Manager to work on our Promotional Payments. This includes putting together the strategy, business case, and working with dedicated Technology teams to enable and improve Coupons, Gift Cards, Daily Deals Partner & Loyal Points redemption within the main Expedia Payments and Checkout flow.
The Sr Product Mager will be responsible for managing the capabilities of our Promotion Payments platforms, including enhancing, refining, and developing new capabilities for our Coupon system; investigating and leading the product execution of a Gift Card program and leading the product execution of Partner points/coupons through Expedia.
Qualifications:
• Very strong interpersonal skills (externally and internally at all levels)
• Demonstrated e-commerce experience with ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of the travel industry .
• A drive for continuous product improvement, challenging the status quo in order to be best in class
• Demonstrated experience in modeling, data/ROI analysis, research, business case and presentation creation.
• Prefer front end website experience and familiarity/comfort with business owner leadership throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with agile software development processes a plus.
• 3-7 years experience required
• Demonstrated experience working in a team environment with experience communicating with senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
Work Experience and Education Guidelines:
Bachelors/Masters degree; MBA is a plus
Minimum 3-7 years industry experience, experience in consumer e-commerce preferred
