Job Summary:
This position provides oversight for the development, implementation, and maintenance of Premera’s web sites and applications throughout all implementation phases of the product development life cycle, in partnership with internal technical staff.  This position consults with business users on modification requests and problem resolution.  The Sr. Web Product Manager position is responsible for the development, maintenance, and management of scope documentation, customer requirements, project schedules, status reports, budgets, issues, risks, and all other project documentation and deliverables. The role will also contribute to both strategic and tactical planning and the development of product and business roadmaps using an agile project methodology.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of eBusiness staff and other IT partners to ensure successful delivery of small to medium initiatives that benefit specific portal enhancements.
2. Support the high level project definition and initial cost assessment of projects.
3. Build relationship with constituent groups who are primary business owners for specific portal(s).
4. Engage in research and analysis process with web reporting and metrics to understand usage of portal features and functions help support business decisions and ongoing improvements.
5. Ensures project team participation, coordinates team activities and schedules, mitigates resource gaps, and provides feedback to line managers on team member contributions.
6. Produce key deliverables including functional specifications and implementation work plans in support of iterative release cycles. 
7. Provide project leadership for components of major corporate initiatives or eBusiness releases. Demonstrate proficient understanding of project planning techniques and assist in creating project plans. Coordinate reviews and approvals with relevant stakeholders.
8. Provide support for business rollout activities such as training and input to collateral development. 
9. Coordinate changes needed by third-party vendor relationships in support of web portal enhancements, and work directly with third-party vendors to ensure delivery of desired portal functionality and features.
10. Promote teamwork and engages others. 
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
2. Six or more years of eBusiness / web experience, including product management, consulting, business analysis and/or project management, including three years practical experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
3. ScrumMaster or Scrum Product Owner Certification required within one year.
4. Experience analyzing small to medium, moderately complex, business needs and determining appropriate solutions. Experience analyzing small to medium size production problems related to assigned applications.
5. Exemplifies teamwork and serves as role model.  Ability to successfully facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, departments and levels.  Unquestionable ethics and integrity.
6. Customer-focused, with demonstrated experience and ability to be flexible with changing priorities, demands and requests. 
7. Ability to effectively and professionally communicate (both orally and in writing) and interact within and outside of department and on multiple levels.  Ability to influence in area of expertise.
8. Demonstrates an understanding of far reaching impacts or results of actions.  Exercises good judgment and provides sound consultation to others.
9. Consults with clients and teammates to identify all facets of an issue and generate a solution.  Understands potential impacts to processes and systems across organization and factors these into solutions.  Excellent conceptualization, analytical and logic skills. 
10. Track record of consistently driving projects to completion and taking accountability for work and results.  Confronts tough issues and situations.
Additional Qualifications Preferred:
1. eBusiness / web experience in online retail or large transaction volume web sites
2. Vendor management experience
3. Healthcare industry experience
Working Conditions:
Work is performed within a normal office environment with ambient temperatures and involving occasional reaching, stretching, bending and moving about.
