As a Senior Technical Product Manager you’ll play a leading role in developing compelling, differentiating content for our field, partners, prospects and customers which showcases our vision, leading technology framework and compelling customer value. The emphasis in this role is to work with our product marketing colleagues to build a compelling business and technical story around customer care and contact center. Deliverables include reference architectures, presentations, whitepapers and demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:
§ Develop and evangelize the CIO, CTO and technical decision maker (TDM) value proposition of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, articulating the architectural advantages and enterprise suitability across cloud based and on-premise scenarios.
§ Building and delivering content and demonstrations showing the power of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application framework in building customer care and contact center applications. The principle audiences for these demonstrations will be business and technical decision makers (BDM/TDM) and developers. These assets will be used by the Microsoft field organization and Microsoft partners.
§ Regular 1-to-many presentations and demonstrations as part of Executive Briefing engagements and large event presentations to diverse audiences including Microsoft executives.
§ Educating and evangelizing through different channels, including whitepapers, social media and events.

Qualifications and experience of the ideal candidate:
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on CRM application experience in the enterprise space, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with strong presentation skills in front of larger audiences.
Deep technical knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack (experience with Microsoft cloud solutions such as Office 365 and Windows Azure is a bonus).
Understanding of web application components such as ASP.NET, JavaScript and HTML5 - the role doesn’t necessarily involve coding (although that is a bonus) but requires a solid understanding of enterprise web application architectures.
Domain expertise in the customer care and/or contact center space is preferred.
English language proficiency, both oral and written, is a pre-requisite for this global role. This position will be located in Redmond, Washington.
Moderate travel (25-40%) will be required.
Demonstrated track record of connecting customer needs to technology solutions.
A background in enterprise business application sales organizations and processes.
Demonstrated success driving marketing initiatives and managing to tangible business outcomes.
A very strong cross-team collaborator with a successful track record of leading and motivating cross-company virtual teams to drive action.
