The Office Products team is looking for a talented, smart, and enthusiastic business owner to manage the 3^rd party segment of the Office Products business.  The Office Products business (Printers, Scanners, Office Supplies and related products) is a large, fast-growing, and strategic category with a high-powered, fun, and collegial team.  To succeed, the candidate will set strategic direction for their portion of the business, track and analyze metrics to grow their business, increase/expand partnerships with key 3^rd party merchants, and lead projects to drive site and process improvements across the 3^rd party platform.  The highly analytical candidate will have proven ability to come up with unique solutions to solve business challenges and use data-driven approaches to drive the solutions forward.  The candidate will also work with their category retail partners as well as business teams across Amazon to accomplish collective goals and to drive critical initiatives on behalf of the Amazon customer.

• Bachelor’s degree
• An accomplished “general athlete” type leader with proven background in at least 2 of the following areas: product management, strategic management consulting, financial analysis, sales/business development, technology, and P&L management
• 5+ years of work experience in high-powered and analytical environment

• Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast paced environment
• Track record of taking ownership and driving results
• Proven analytical skills and highly numerate, attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects: work prioritization, planning, task delegation and hitting deadlines
• Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools
• Sense of humor and/or other ability to connect with business partners
• Online and/or retail experience preferred, but not required
• MBA preferred
