We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Consumer Services team. The Product Manager is the central organizer and planner for the integration, testing and deployment of web related product releases.  The work requires leadership, passion, adaptability, excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, great organizational skills, attention to detail and self motivation.  The role is highly cross-functional and succeeds through cooperation and influence, rather than positional authority.

This individual reports directly to the VP of Consumer Experience at USSearch.com.  A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of product management principles. Must have a passion and knowledge of internet commerce and a desire to build products that maximize on converting visitors into paying customers.

Responsibilities

• Research, plan, write specifications, organize and drive deployment of new web related application, marketing releases and usability and conversion testing working in tandem with development, quality assurance, marketing, product, creative and consumer experience  teams.
• Surface issues with on-going releases and make proactive recommendations for solutions.
• Communicate with team members and business stakeholders to establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, ensure the on-time delivery of creative assets, and monitor progress of releases.
• Prepare project calendar for management regarding release status.

Required Skills

• 2+ years in an online product management with focus on data analysis, pricing, and yield revenue
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a technical field of study in Computer Science, Business or Economics, MBA preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of people: creative, technical, management, and marketing
• Familiarity with web service and HTML
• Basic to Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel for managing data
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Recent college grads may apply
