Amazon.com is looking for a product manager to design offerings that maximize the value customers receive from Amazon’s extraordinary delivery capabilities. This is a highly-visible role with the opportunity to have a substantial impact through global, strategic programs like FREE Super Saver Shipping and 1-Click.

The Senior Product Manager, Delivery Programs will play a key role in determining the delivery experience for Amazon.com customers. You’ll own new and existing delivery programs through the full lifecycle from strategy, investigation, prioritization, and launch to adoption and iteration. You’ll work with senior executives, retail teams, operational teams, and developers to take your ideas from concept to reality. Those ideas will leverage the unique strengths and massive scale of Amazon’s global fulfillment platform.

The ideal candidate is a customer oriented and strategic thinker who can apply quantitative analysis to test and refine ideas. He or she is equally comfortable diving deep into operational delivery capabilities and thinking big about programs that are compelling for customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop the structure, pricing, and promotion of new and existing delivery programs
• Collaborate with teams in Operations and Retail to evaluate current offerings
• Innovate, test ideas, make data-driven recommendations
• Drive the launch and adoption of large-scale improvements
• Apply analytical and quantitative skills; use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases

• 3+ years in product management and a record of successful product delivery
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field (computer science, engineering)
• Experience working with engineering teams to define, scope and prioritize product requirements.

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• MBA
• Familiarity with SQL
