The GMO organization in Worldwide SMS&P has overall responsibility for customer and partner self-service capabilities, and field content deliverable coordination across SMS&P. This team collaborates closely with stakeholders across the Field, SMS&P, OEM, WWLP, EPG, DPE, OEM and BG organizations to set priorities and capability roadmaps. Also, this team serves as the single point of coordination into Microsoft’s IT organization for the Worldwide SMB Customer portal and the Worldwide MPN Partner Platform and leads SMS&P’s MBC planning process.

The MPN Partner Platform team drives the product management and planning function for a complete collection of partner facing capabilities supporting core partner business and relationship management processes across the partner business cycle. These include capabilities for MPN program membership management, through partner marketing and partner-led demand generation capabilities, our online partner learning platform, our to-partner communications infrastructure, cloud channel development, enablement and marketing program infrastructure, as well as the integration of the partner platform with the Microsoft’s Cloud and Online services infrastructure. In addition to instrumentation and usage metric definition and analysis across this full set of platform capabilities.

The Senior Product Manager - Cloud Planning and Integration leads the overall cloud related business systems strategy for the GMO group in SMS&P and develops and oversees the capability roadmap for key systems required to progress our cloud channel partners through their transition to cloud business models. This role is accountable to ensure cloud partner business requirements all-up are met through MPN systems and the Online Services Delivery Platform (OSDP). The OSDP is developed in the Server and Tools Business group.

This person will drive, in partnership with the SMS&P, OEM, WWLP, EPG, DPE, OEM and BG organizations, to ensure we land the best possible capabilities and related partner user experiences in support of Microsoft’s cloud channel development and transformation objectives.
